Andy Allen has been involved in almost every aspect of the real estate industry throughout his career. He started Corner Lot Properties in 2009 which quickly became the largest wholesaling real estate company in Jacksonville. Over the past decade, Andy has acquired and sold over a billion dollars of real estate in Northeast Florida. His parent company, Corner Lot Development Group, actively develops single family subdivisions for many national builders. He saw a need for attainable homes and started Breeze Homes in 2018. Breeze Homes has touted the name as an attainable home builder who keeps the home buying process simple. We are super excited to continue this new tradition and we appreciate all of our past and future clients. Thank you for making Breeze Homes a top 20 builder in our home town.
In 2005 George relocated to Jacksonville, FL, where he oversaw development projects amounting in over $500 million in Central and North Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina where he regularly managed over forty different consultants and contractors. In 2016, George started Leone Development to pursue his ambition of creating a leading real estate development company in the southeast United States. The culmination of George’s experience led him to partner with Andy in creating Corner Lot Development Group wherein it’s first year sold 220 lots to local and national builders. In 2018, George and Andy formed Breeze Homes, where their goal was to make the processes of construction to home ownership as simple as possible. In his personal life, George enjoys an active role with his wife Irena in raising their three children; Anthony, Jordan, and Isla.
Michael pursued his dream as a professional golfer for 4 years, playing mainly on the mini-tours but he also made 2 appearances on the PGA Tour (making both cuts) and 3 appearances on the Web.com Tour. After hanging his clubs up, he joined his good friend Andy Allen at Corner Lot Properties and began his rapid introduction and education in the real estate world. Michael has been a part of every aspect of Corner Lot Properties’ business, from rehabbing houses and managing subcontractors, to managing an extensive rental portfolio and much more. Michael prides himself on being very organized and on top of all aspects with regard to the business. Outside of real estate, he is an avid Jacksonville Jaguars fan and loves to spend time with his wife, Kylie, and son, Liam.
Josh Hogan a native Floridian moved to Jacksonville in 2000 to attend the University of North Florida. While at UNF, he studied Elementary Education. He then went to work in several Title One schools in Jacksonville, using is his ability to build relationships to foster student success. In 2014, after 9 years of education, he transitioned into the real estate industry working for Corner Lot Properties. Though he left the education field, he believes that learning never stops. While at Corner Lot Properties, Josh had the opportunity to learn the intricacies of the real estate business from some of the best professionals in the field. He has quickly built a reputation for ensuring that the job gets done correctly and quickly. He is a hard-working, dedicated professional, who is always ready to go above and beyond. Outside of the office, you can find Josh draining putts once he actually makes it to the greens, cheering on the Jaguars or on the water casting a line.
Tiffany, a Florida native, grew up in rural Macclenny. Her youth was all about animals, horses, hunting and fishing. She has lived in Gainseville, Cartersville and Fernandina Beach, but found her way back to Jacksonville to live near family.
Tiffany worked for local goverment for eight years and took a chance to work in real estate. In her down time, Tiffany is very active with her husband Stephen and five children. They love to garden, hike, surf, fish and explore the outdoors.
Growing up in Jacksonville, Cameron always knew he would come back to North Florida. Cameron spent 8 years in Atlanta working in the wealth management industry as a financial advisor for institutional investors, high net worth individuals, and professional athletes and entertainers. Cameron’s background in understanding company financials, creating financial opportunities, and his ability to create value through business efficiencies is what made him such a great fit with CLDG. Cameron played collegiate golf at Coastal Carolina University where he was an Academic All American and teammates with the world #1 ranked golfer Dustin Johnson. Apart from his athletic career, Cameron excelled in the classroom as he graduated with honors receiving a Bachelor’s in Business Marketing as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. In his personal life, Cameron enjoys being active in his church and various charities, all the water sports the First Coast has to offer, playing his guitar, and cheering for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Though he was born and raised in Alabama, Lee Hutchins spent many summers in Jacksonville growing up. After earning a bachelor’s degree in investment management from the University of Alabama in 2005, the decision by he and his soon-to-be-wife Chandra to move to the River City was an easy one. Lee began managing the day-to-day operations of his family’s construction company, CPA Excavating. He spent the next 10 years experiencing all of the good and bad of the site development business. Now, as the Land Development Manager for Corner Lot Development Group, Lee will implement systems and processes to make projects more timely and efficient. He will also coordinate with all contractors and subcontractors from start to finish on handing over finished lots to our clients. When not at Corner Lot, you can find Lee at the Hendricks Avenue Baseball fields coaching is 2 sons, Trey and Miles.
Brian Ferlin was born and raised in Jacksonville and grew up attending The Bolles School. He was a member of the Cornell University men’s varsity hockey team from 2011-2014 prior to signing an NHL contract with the Boston Bruins. After competing in four professional hockey seasons, injuries forced him to hang up his skates and return to school to complete his bachelor’s degree and focus on his next career. Brian has long been interested in real estate and is excited to learn the site development business. Now, as the Assistant Land Development Manager for Corner Lot Development Group, Brian will implement systems and processes to make projects more timely and efficient. He will also coordinate with all contractors and subcontractors from start to finish on handing over finished lots to our clients. When not at Corner Lot, you can find Brian in Saint Augustine with his wife Danielle and their son Beau
With 14 years of experience working in Northeast Florida, Billy provides high-quality, hands-on program planning and management services. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Corner Lot Development Group, Billy’s expertise includes strong analytical and organizational abilities, building long-lasting relationships, budget and human resource management, and project management. Billy is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in International Relations with a focus on Ecology. He also participates in the University of North Florida’s Leadership Program and is the current Co-Founder and Vice President of Keepers of the Coast, a non-profit organization seeking to create an active community working towards maintaining St. Johns County’s local environment.
Michael, a Jacksonville native, graduated with honors from the University of North Florida. He began his career in real estate working for a home flipping company. After learning more about the real estate industry, he discovered his true passion was in the development field. In his down time he enjoys surf fishing, physical fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
Brian Lopez is a Jacksonville native and student pursuing a bachelors degree. He is an avid outdoorsman and is passionate about conservation and ecology. His zeal for home improvement began as a young child, working alongside his father doing maintenance and remodeling. In all of his previous work experiences, his attention to detail and commitment to excellence have been exemplary. Outside of the office, Brian is busy enjoying time with family, restoring vintage motorcycles and volunteering with his girlfriend, Kala.
Walt served 12 years in the United States Army and is a decorated veteran. He was privileged to serve as a Special Forces A Detachment Executive Officer, Infantry Company Commander, and Battalion Operations Officer. After his military career, Walt joined Toll Brothers, Inc. starting as a construction manager, and rose to attain the position of Division President for South Carolina. With full responsibility for all construction activities for two large resort-style master plan communities, as well as, all real estate acquisitions and community association activities. Walt has had extensive experience in both civil and vertical construction over a construction career spanning 25 years. In his personal time, Walt enjoys time with his wife Chance and is currently a heavy athletics Scottish Highland Games world-ranked competitor.
Born in Zumbrota, Minnesota and raised in Jacksonville, Erich Geisler began his career in Information Systems & IT shortly after graduating from Florida State University. Prior to joining the workforce, Erich spent a year abroad in Florence, Italy in 2005. In 2006, he began working for a Jacksonville based sports-focused IT company as a project manager, focusing on operations and development of stats-focused information systems. Primarily focused on tennis and golf, Erich led new software deployment projects delivering custom scoring and display systems for broadcasters, promoters, sports organizations, and leagues. Eventually that role evolved into a leadership position managing an operations and deployment team, continuation of large scale development rollouts, and providing a pathway and vision for future growth within the industry. Erich has always been passionate about development, the growth of Jacksonville, and finding creative solutions to challenging projects. While not at work, Erich enjoys spending time with his wife, Samantha, and their two children Emma & Henry. You can find them at the beach, the park, or traveling to Minnesota or Colorado to visit family.
